A Million Deaths Before I Die!

I died when I lost my childhood in the tides of time

I died when my friends moved off from my life into their own personal corridors

I died again when I found my ancestral home, where I once lived, in its demolished form

I died when I saw my ever smiling friend take his last breath with utmost calm!

I died when I saw my sister step-out from my life to enter a life with her life partner

I died again when the doctor patted me on my back and said - your father is no more

I died when the realities of life made my mind hard but still kept my heart weak!

A million. A million deaths I died. Only to see myself reborn by the stream of divine love.

Here I am to die again - before I die for a final time!
