This
is regarding the crude unanimous move by our political parties on RTI.
It
is really unfortunate that none of the major political parties have taken a
positive view of the CIC order to bring political parties under the ambit of
the RTI Act. This clearly indicates that no party is sincerely willing to
eliminate corruption which has taken a deep root in their functioning.
It is disappointing that even being in a democratic country, we the common people are nailed down as mute spectators of the unaccountability of our political parties. We are left with no role models in any of these parties and as things go the great adage "Yadha Raja Thadha Praja" (As is the King, so will be the People) is what will be the end result.
